I had a computer problem at the 11th hour and ran into Kenny at a store in Franklin. I told him about my problem and remarked that I was on deadline for a work assignment for the Tidewater News. After listening to my problem he stated that he could take care of it. Making a house call to my home at 10:00 P.M. at night, Kenny quickly sovled my problem and my computer is running good. I had a virus get on my laptop on jan 2, 2011(which was a sunday) I sent Kenny an email about it and within just a few hours he called me and told me to bring it to him. I called Kenny about my computer problems on my laptop and desktop both were not working. Kenny came over right away and took them with him and found viruses on them and removed the viruses and added a anti-virus program on it for me..when he bought them back to me he made sure everything was working right before he left.. I had viruses on my computer and I called Kenny Clemons at Franklin P. C. Repair. He came out to the house, picked up my computer and brought it back in two days as good as new! I called Mr. Clemons one afternoon on the way home and ask him to fix my computer for me. I was asked to bring my computer to work the next day and he would be by to pick it up. He fixed my computer and saved my pictures on a disk and had it back to me in just a few days. What a great job he did in saving my pictures. My pc caught a virus and I thought it was the end of my pc. I was sitting at my kitchen table I thought about the ad I saw in the tidewater newspaper. I rushed out the house and went to the nearest 7-11 and bought a paper and saw Mr Kenny's ad. I gave him a call and he told me to bring it right over .When I picked my PC up I was well satisfied with the work he did, it is very fast and back to life.
